Activate your card by calling: 1-866-207-3340. Have your card ready. The service representative will enter your information into the system.

Step 2

Call GlobalFit: 800-294-1500 or log in at: globalfit.com. Use company name "Optimized Benefits".

Select a facility near you and enroll in the participating center of your choice. Benefits are only available at time of enrollment.

Step 3

Your fitness club member card will be sent directly to you by mail.

Step 4

Visit the club you joined, present your membership card and enjoy better health...and the savings.
