Pharmacy - How To Use

Step 1

Activate your card by calling: 1-866-207-3340. Have your card ready. The service representative will enter your information into the pharmacy system.

Step 2

Use the Pharmacy Locator to find particiating pharmacy near your location.

You can also use the Drug Pricing Look Up to identify which local pharmacy
has the lowest price. You will see a list of all the different forms and strengths of the drug you entered. Click on the pill bottle icon for the drug you have been prescribed, then define the quantity and zip code for your area. The system will automatically sort by the lowest price, however, you can also sort by distance.

You are given the option to see a list of generic alternatives, their price, and the cost if you order through the mail order option.

Step 3

Decide the best option for you and then take your prescription to a participating pharmacy and present your Optimized Benefits card to the pharmacy staff.

Your prescription will be filled with the Agelity discount applied to save you money on your order. Then pick up your prescription and pay the pharmacy directly. There are no member fees or hidden costs!
